About the position

The Regional Nurse (RN) at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is responsible for supporting nursing communities within a designated geographic area. This role involves auditing clinical services, reviewing outcomes, and strategizing to enhance resident care. The Regional Nurse serves both as a support and leadership figure, collaborating with management teams to develop processes, resolve issues, and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support nursing communities within the assigned geographic location.
  • Audit clinical services and review outcomes to improve resident care.

  • Identify and resolve issues within nursing communities.
  • Manage staff and provide leadership in clinical practices.

Requirements

  • Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • 3 to 5 years of prior experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance standards and clinical practices in long-term care.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including unexpected travel.
