About The Position

This role is responsible for executing community-specific marketing plans for Dallas communities, including new developments and stabilized properties. The Regional Marketing Manager will work with Dallas Regional Managers to lead and be accountable for the execution of local marketing strategy and media plans, creative development, and metrics reporting, ensuring adherence to brand creative standards and community goals. The position requires serving as a regional subject matter expert on economic indicators, competitive strategies, and industry trends, continuously learning about digital marketing best practices. The role involves understanding community performance and marketing opportunities, managing regional marketing budgets, and supporting the Marketing Manager on digital media strategy, placements, creative optimization, and agency partnerships. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data for agency recommendations, maintaining and strengthening the Kairoi brand position, ensuring the generation of qualified leads and traffic, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders like the Director of Operations. The role also involves coordinating with the Marketing Department on various updates and communications, working with the revenue management team for cohesive media strategies, conducting market research, providing marketing and sales refreshers, handling acquisition and disposition tasks, and participating in the local chamber of commerce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or Multifamily and/or marketing agency experience
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with the digital marketing landscape and practices
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
  • Enhanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Comfortable communicating in both formal and informal settings, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to people of different backgrounds throughout the organization
  • Creative problem solver, loves challenges, and excellent at balancing multiple projects
  • Shown leadership in past work or school experience
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate marketing tasks on new construction

  • Ensure community and region are generating qualified leads and traffic.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Director of Operations.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department on website updates, email communications, organic social media content, community video shoots, signage, and promotional items.
  • Work closely with the revenue management team for a cohesive media strategy that addresses pricing and seasonality trends.
  • Conduct market research to support brand development projects.
  • Provide Marketing and Sales refreshers for new associates and communities.
  • Handle Acquisition and Disposition tasks for communities in the market with the support of the Corporate Marketing team.
  • Participate in the local chamber of commerce to foster relationships with local businesses.
