About the position

The Regional Marketing Liaison for IBJI will manage the marketing budget, referral program, and community outreach. Ideal for a personable candidate passionate about patient care, this role involves implementing local marketing strategies, promoting physicians, and increasing patient volume. The Liaison will visit physician offices, support sponsorship events, and also assist with marketing efforts in the South suburbs (Hinsdale, Joliet, Westmont, New Lenox, Western Springs) building strong ties with internal staff and community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Increase patient referrals through community outreach to referring physicians, employers, and patients.
  • Meet regularly with the staff and physicians of top referring groups to inform them of new services and collaborate on ways to effectively serve the referrers.
  • Spend the first 90 days in the clinic 5 days a week in Westmont to establish and cultivate key relationships.
  • Attend a monthly meeting at corporate offices located in Des Plaines.
  • Outreach to the patient community to attend health fairs, conferences, and other events to strengthen brand awareness and increase referring sources.
  • Act as a resource for troubleshooting issues that may arise.
  • Engage physicians in the community who do not refer to IBJI consistently to increase appointment volume.
  • Drive work comp referrals by reaching out to local employers and establishing formalized working relationships.
  • Manage the local marketing budget and obtain approval for all invoices.
  • Meet with accounting monthly to review previous months' spend and approvals.
  • Update marketing posters and in-room exam collateral quarterly.
  • Utilize a tracking system to record activities, contacts, and results.

  • Successful in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Self-starter, highly organized with good time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  • Willingness to travel, work evenings and weekends when applicable.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
