Southeast, Regional Manager of Warehouse Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing leaders, implementing best practices, and managing change effectively. Communication and influence across all levels of the organization are key. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of one of the supported locations: Plant City, FL; Biscoe or Troy, NC; Decatur, AL; or Murray, KY. Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse and/or site operations
- OR 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse and/or site operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Business or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience direct site leadership or large team leadership of 20+ team members (single or multiple site leader w/ P&L ownership)
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Demonstrate a track record of developing leaders and elevating teams; strong coaching and mentorship capabilities
- Experienced with WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP/EWM) and data‑driven performance management; comfortable leading through system changes
- Successful best practice implementation, process improvement, program management, and change management experience
- Communicate effectively across levels (frontline to executives) and influence cross‑functional outcomes
- Reside within 60 miles of one of the supported locations: Plant City, FL; Biscoe or Troy, NC; Decatur, AL; or Murray, KY
