A Regional Manager is responsible for growing revenue and EBIDTA within their assigned region by establishing well-formulated strategies. This role ensures branches are operating smoothly, properly staffed, and have an appropriate return on revenue. The manager will oversee employee training, manage employees on a day-to-day basis, and recruit talent for branches. Key responsibilities include client retention, generating new business opportunities with affiliate partners and outside leads, managing and increasing capture rate, and assisting with the creation and implementation of processes and procedures to standardize business practices. The role also involves coverage/schedule management, assisting with complex transactions and decision-making, supporting the sales team with business development events, and reviewing P&L reports to create strategies for increasing profitability. High-level collaboration with partners and stakeholders is essential.
