About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee & provide support to site Facility Maintenance Technicians. This is a full-time Support Center position with direct reports in the field. Travel is required 3 days per week. Management, Training and Development of Regional Operations Facilities Team members assigned. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level. Create new and enhance existing industry-compliant FMT Checklists. Establish processes to validate completion of checklists. Provide recommendations to enhance existing PM work order procedures within industry-compliant. Follow up on compliance of DEF Heat Trace Checklist and Winter Checklist. Apply various computer systems to track and report maintenance requests. (EX: Service Channel or other CMMS.) Participate in company sponsored safety training classes & carry out safety program compliance. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment within the FMT’s area of responsibility. Track performance-resolution of work orders, track cost savings of internal work order completion. Inspect multiple facilities following a comprehensive facility maintenance assessment; perform preventative maintenance repairs and safety audits. Proactively collaborate as needed with Operations RVP/DM on maintenance needs at the sites. Advise Operations of maintenance concerns and ensure creation of work order requests. Connect with multiple teams and management on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure compliance and consistency regarding maintenance projects. Collaborate with FMTs to review and resolve open maintenance issues. Provide training to site FMTs to improve skills and reduce cost of outsourced maintenance & repair. Travel is required.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Trade or Vocational School required.
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Certifications in Fuel, HVAC and Plumbing Required or 5 years documented experience.
  • 10 years of preventive maintenance required.
  • 5 years’ supervisory experience in multi-site operations.
  • Strong written, verbal & electronic communication skills
  • Advanced understanding of construction practices
  • 5 years of experience using MS Office Suite and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Forklift and powered lift equipment certified.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
