Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Director to drive performance across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This role is responsible for supporting new business growth while ensuring achievement of financial, operational, safety, and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience managing multi-site facilities operations, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Must be willing to travel 50%–75%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 20+ years of facilities management experience across manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all levels, from frontline staff to executives
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, accountability, and business acumen
  • Solid knowledge of contract administration and operations management

Nice To Haves

  • Facilities Management Certification (FMC) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional facilities operations to achieve financial and operational goals
  • Manage P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across multiple locations
  • Oversee contracts, reporting, and administrative processes
