Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Director to drive performance across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This role is responsible for supporting new business growth while ensuring achievement of financial, operational, safety, and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience managing multi-site facilities operations, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Must be willing to travel 50%–75%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
20+ years of facilities management experience across manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments
Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all levels, from frontline staff to executives
Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership, accountability, and business acumen
Solid knowledge of contract administration and operations management

Nice To Haves

Facilities Management Certification (FMC) preferred

Responsibilities

Lead regional facilities operations to achieve financial and operational goals
Manage P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Oversee contracts, reporting, and administrative processes
