About the position

The Regional Director of Clinical Services at Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is a key leadership role responsible for providing consultative clinical support and technical guidance to Campus Administrators and Directors of Nursing across Eastern Wisconsin. This position aims to enhance clinical services in Assisted Living/Housing with Services communities, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective operations. The role involves regular travel to various PHS sites and requires a strong background in nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical consultation and technical support to assigned sites in the region.
  • Support Site Leaders and Clinical Administrators in developing and monitoring clinical goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide education as needed during visits.
  • Review functional Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the assigned region.
  • Identify regional trends and areas of concern to the RDO, Site Leader, and Clinical Administrator.
  • Assist with survey preparedness and conduct mock surveys.
  • Review and report Vulnerable Adult reports and assist in investigations as needed.
  • Participate in the development and analysis of reports and action plans.
  • Manage the onboarding process of Clinical Administrators and coordinate mentoring relations.
  • Lead and manage the nurse triage program for Assisted Living sites.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse license in state(s) served.
  • 2+ years experience as a Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and implement policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records.
  • Knowledge of State regulatory requirements for long-term care.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
