About the position

The National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA) is seeking a dedicated regional team member to focus on the Rocky Mountain Area. The primary objective of this role is to execute NFSA's mission by fostering positive relationships with association members, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing engagement and retention within the region. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting the fire sprinkler industry. You will develop strategies to improve member experiences, engage members in association activities, and retain membership. Additionally, you will organize and coordinate membership events, ensuring they align with the association's goals. Effective communication is crucial, as you will facilitate communication between members, local chapters, and Area Directors, collaborating to meet the association's objectives. The role emphasizes making connections, motivating others, and achieving results through engaging communication and teamwork. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a natural ability to inspire and influence, and adaptability to changing environments. This position requires a blend of independent work and teamwork, with a strong focus on member service and organizational development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Experience in member relations, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software like Dynamics 365 or demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
