About The Position

Our company operates Residential Treatment Programs for individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder. We seek not merely to restore sobriety but to transform our patients’ worlds from a state of everlasting darkness to vibrant technicolor. We believe that treatment is local, individualized, holistic, and relational. We’re currently in several states and are rapidly growing nationally. The Regional Clinical Consultant develops and maintains relationships with clinical teams and leadership at new and existing facilities to ensure clinical services are delivered effectively and in fidelity to the model. Individuals who thrive in this role are highly organized, self-starters, team-oriented, excellent communicators, and take an analytical, process-driven approach to recognizing and solving problems.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or equivalent field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical role within the Chemical Dependency field
  • Minimum 2 years managerial experience
  • Commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
  • Active state license such as LCSW, LMFT, LCADC, or equivalent licensure

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and accreditation process strongly preferred
  • Passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with internal staff and leaders and maintain regular check-ins with Clinical Directors
  • Onboard and train Clinical Directors for new and existing facilities as needed
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of clinical strategies to ensure high-quality clinical service delivery
  • Contribute to defining clinical goals, metrics, and tracking the effectiveness of clinical services
  • Develop and execute communications, processes, and training among clinical teams
  • Maintain and develop expert knowledge of clinical programs and best practices through research, experience, and regular field check-ins and site visits
  • Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies through audits and check-ins
  • Assist in quality improvement efforts at facilities with identified deficiencies in clinical processes or patient outcomes
  • Prioritize travel as needed to improve outcomes, train staff, or launch new facilities (travel expenses are paid upfront by the employee, reimbursed afterward)
  • Indirectly supervise all clinical roles; may have direct supervisory duties as assigned
  • Act as a functional expert and coach; does not directly manage Clinical Directors
