About the position

The Regence Associate Account Executive Sales Support role at Cambia Health Solutions is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong client relationships. This position supports the sales team by assisting with client communications, sales activities, and materials, all aimed at making members' health journeys easier. The role requires collaboration within a dynamic sales team and offers opportunities for professional growth in a purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business opportunities and assist in developing effective sales strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Support the sales team with creating presentations, proposals, and other sales materials including conducting research and analyzing data.
  • Assist in product recommendations, client onboarding, and new client implementations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships; maintain active records of sales activities including client interactions, meeting outcomes, and sales metrics.
  • Effectively work within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, organize client documentation, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics.
  • Create, plan, and execute business and social events to build relationships with key community members and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in direct sales or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be currently licensed, or must become licensed within 90 days of hire, to sell insurance in the relevant states.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship management abilities.
  • Deep health plan industry knowledge and strong market research experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced dynamic business environments.

Nice-to-haves
