This is a full-time on-site position at Foundever, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry. The primary function of this role is to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional and high-quality customer service. This includes handling inbound service calls, driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications, and navigating through multiple systems and tools.
