About The Position

LHi Group is a people business and an employee-owned recruitment firm with four specialist brands across North America, the UK, and Europe, focusing on Technology, Life Sciences, Built Environment, and Renewable Energy. The company has experienced significant growth, with a 90% increase in invoice and 41% headcount growth over 9 years in the USA, expanding from 5 to 200 people across 4 US offices. The Harper Harrison division is noted as the fastest-growing sector with quick promotional rewards. New Recruitment Consultants will undergo a 12-week training program, including launch and ignition courses, to become high-performing sales and recruitment professionals. The Miami office, located in the Sabadell Center in Brickell, is the company's most recent US office and offers a luxurious start-up environment in a thriving business district, close to arts, culture, dining, and entertainment.

Requirements

  • Former sales, recruitment or client / phone based experience preferred
  • A desire for in-office presence with a start up, all hands on deck mentality
  • Fulfillment through KPI centered goals and targets and clear promotional expectations
  • A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and create advancement opportunities alongside our experienced team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications for active roles
  • Build relationships with candidates to understand their needs and requirements for opportunistic business
  • Present suitable candidates and negotiate offers and contracts
  • Prove expert market related recruitment advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity and candidate information utilizing our International Database
  • Manage offer and acceptance processes, including background checks and references
  • Provide post-placement support to ensure a successful integration into the role and organization
