About the position

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide critical recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition function by managing expectations and requirements of candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders. You will ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the A&M recruiting process, support hiring teams by creating interview schedules, and assist with management of candidate queries throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team and create reports for the team to share with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the A&M recruiting process
  • Support hiring teams by creating interview schedules, working through scheduling issues, and developing creative solutions when travel delays or other scheduling conflicts arise
  • Assist with management of candidate queries throughout recruitment process to ensure timely and exemplary candidate experience
  • Send all interview confirmation emails to candidates and interview teams and collect feedback
  • Provide administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team including: posting jobs, creating offer letters, managing expense reimbursement and managing external recruiter relationships
  • Create reports for the Talent Acquisition team to share with leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or related field preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Resourceful and intellectually curious
