About the position

Motor Werks, a member of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to attract and hire top talent in the automotive industry. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, promoting the company brand, optimizing recruiting tools, and driving diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates using various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and build effective strategies to fill open positions.
• Act as an ambassador for Motor Werks, showcasing the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experiences.
• Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of talented candidates and foster an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in hiring top talent across various roles and departments.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a professional demeanor.
