As a Recruiter, you will help us expand the organization’s talent pool by recruiting candidates to fill key positions with our clients. You will be responsible for qualifying, screening and negotiating with suitable candidates to meet daily, weekly and monthly metrics. The person in this role should continuously source candidates through various methods, including via social media, job boards and networking. You must also manage communications with candidates, from screening to onboarding, to ensure a successful placement. Lastly, you need to be passionate about what you do, hard-working, organized, articulate and eager to work in a team environment, all while continually evolving and improving your skills and the skills of those around you.
