Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and identify quality candidates to meet hiring targets.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Provide continuous support and encouragement to new hires.
- Mentor new hires throughout their initial journey.
- Participate in training classes and conduct daily check-ins with agents.
- Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities.
- Plan and execute on-campus recruiting events.
- Coordinate transitions between departments.
- Create a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ years of recruiting experience.
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or metric-driven environment.
- Strong networking skills and ability to work at a fast pace.
