Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring. Not tech recruiting. Recruiter needs to understand that they are going to be expected to hit the clear, defined KPI’s monthly and quarterly. Someone who is extremely organized and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Someone who can manage their time with little direction.
  • STRONG Stakeholder management/business acumen
  • Hyper agile/work with haste
  • Advisory mindset - candidates are the SMEs for this role; they should not be afraid to advise Hiring Managers
  • Strong Critical thinking/able to take action
  • Does not want to see career contractors and/or jumpy resumes
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or other related field
  • Experience in partnering and influencing senior level business leaders
  • Working knowledge in using ICIMS or other related Applicant Tracking System
  • Data driven decision maker
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30+) is a MUST
  • Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening
  • Stakeholder management; someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understanding charters/challenges, etc.
