Responsibilities

  • Prepare all materials, tapes, and boxes full of confidential documents for delivery.
  • Assist the Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading company vehicles.
  • Process all incoming orders using wireless scanning technology.
  • Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders.
  • Prepare the necessary paperwork for the day's deliveries.
  • Start the day in the records center, loading the company vehicle with materials, recycling bins, and boxes full of confidential documents.
  • Spend part of the day on the road, delivering and/or picking up client documents and materials, interacting with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins, and materials weighing up to 60 pounds and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse/physical atmosphere.
  • 1 to 2 years of driving experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, a background check, and a DOT physical.
