About The Position

The front desk receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers coming into our store. They have an outgoing personality who are easy to talk to and converse with on any issues regarding our customers’ needs. This employee must have great phone etiquette and a pleasant demeanor when conversing with customers and/or our business partners over the phone; and be ready to work in a positive work environment with co-workers. They are punctual team players and enthusiastic about helping our company succeed by providing great customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greets customers with a positive attitude and presence.
  • Assisting customers to navigate our store.
  • Answers incoming calls and transferring to the correct dept.
  • Takes detailed messages and delivers to the appropriate person.
  • Notifies customers about registration sticker pick up.
  • Verify registration stickers match spreadsheet given by Title Clerk.
  • Notify the appropriate dept. for packages received at the desk.
  • Completing other duties assigned by manager as needed.
