About the position
Nebraska Parkour is seeking a Receptionist/Sales Associate to enhance customer service and sales efforts at our parkour and acro gym in Omaha. This role involves greeting members, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer support while also focusing on sales growth through commission-based incentives. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills and a passion for working with children and families.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and help clients book their sessions
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members
- Regular cleaning duties to keep the place organized
- Take on projects as needed and grow your skills

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software (Email, Docs, GSheets)
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
