About the position

Drybar is seeking enthusiastic retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment focused solely on blowouts. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Manage sales transactions using Point of Sale systems.
• Assist in membership sales and promote retail products.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in a customer service-centric environment.
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required.
• Track record in providing exceptional customer service.
