The Receptionist at CenterWell Senior Primary Care plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and administrative support within the organization. This position involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, greeting visitors, and performing various clerical tasks to enhance the overall patient experience. Responsibilities
- Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls accurately.
- Greet visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and issue visitor passes.
- Maintain visitor logs and alert appropriate parties of visitor arrivals.
- Respond to routine inquiries regarding the organization's location, hours of operation, and contact information.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms and organizing mail.
- Take and distribute accurate messages and maintain long-distance call logs.
Requirements
- Less than 2 years of technical experience in a similar role.
