Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or show proof of right to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Call Centre experience
  • Second language is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Greet persons entering organization and direct them to correct destination
  • Deal with general inquiries from the public & customers
  • Respond to all phone calls, forwarding as needed, and respond to voicemails
  • Book tickets for walk in customers and provide Reservations Support
  • Book company business travel, hotel, transportation, and apartment arrangements
  • Check, respond and book to all requests for boardrooms, vehicles and apartments
