About the position

The Kumler Group is seeking motivated Realtor Agents to join their full-service real estate team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while providing comprehensive support, training, and resources to help agents grow their business and achieve their career goals. The position is available for both part-time and full-time candidates, with a focus on building a strong team culture and providing agents with the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Utilize productivity tools and leads provided by the team to enhance business growth.
• Participate in weekly team training and mentoring sessions.
• Create and present professional listing and buyer presentations.
• Manage client relationships using the provided CRM system.

Requirements

• Must have an Arizona Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
