Responsibilities

  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Call and prospect for 3 hours a day from Monday - Friday
  • Desire and commitment to grow their knowledge through Books, Podcast and YouTube Videos
  • Thrive in a true team environment and be willing to give back

Requirements

  • Great communication and social skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and build rapport quickly while loving to meet new people
  • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
  • Either be great on the phone or have the willingness to learn to be great on the phone
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
