About the position

The Real Estate Sales Associate is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with leads, guiding prospects through the sales process, and achieving individual and corporate sales goals. This role requires effective communication, organization, and a commitment to ethical standards in sales practices.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains contact and management of leads to achieve the anticipated sale
  • Establishes achievable individual goals and objectives for optimum sales performance
  • Participates in sales calls and prospect reviews
  • Optimizes lead management throughout each phase of the contract and qualification process
  • Identifies prospect decision makers
  • Maintains accurate records for all prospect tracking utilizing the Sales Simplicity system
  • Creates prospect follow-up messaging and emails to connect and create urgency
  • Maintains consistent follow-up contact according to company standards
  • Obtains commitment for each step of the buying cycle
  • Focuses on delivering strategy to reveal prospect problems and needs
  • Maintains the OTOW developed rating scale of prospect readiness
  • Assists in sales seminars both in Florida and out of state
  • Solicits customer input and feedback during visits
  • Ensures punctual attendance at all required sales training and meetings
  • Participates in market analysis and research of competitors
  • Reports any incident or accident to management
  • Strives to maintain a safe working environment
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Real Estate Sales experience required
  • Current Florida Real Estate License required
  • A valid Florida Drivers License with acceptable driving history is required
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail, well organized, ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan tasks

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in market analysis and competitor research
  • Familiarity with Sales Simplicity system
