About the position

As the Real Estate Investment Manager at Room Properties, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and optimizing its asset portfolio. Responsibilities

• Oversee Room Properties' investment portfolio, assessing financial performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential properties, trends, and areas for investment expansion.
• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with Room Properties' financial and strategic goals.
• Lead the due diligence process, including property valuation, risk assessment, and financial modeling to support acquisition and investment decisions.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to negotiate acquisitions, manage relationships, and coordinate project execution.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on portfolio performance, returns, and future projections to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate investment or asset management, ideally with a focus on high-value assets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
