About the position

Amo Realty is expanding to Oahu and is seeking dedicated real estate agents to join our small but dynamic team. As a real estate brokerage that has been operational since 2007, we pride ourselves on providing our agents with a sustainable lead system that generates at least 20+ leads each week. Our leads are primarily residential buyer leads, sourced from various platforms including Zillow, and we also have commercial leads available for agents interested in that sector. Our proven strategy has led to significant successes, including a notable $22 million sale closed by one of our agents from our leads. We are committed to maintaining a small team of 2-3 agents in Oahu, ensuring that each agent receives personalized support and ample opportunities to close sales. Our training program focuses on leveraging technology to attract clients and implementing effective follow-up strategies through drip campaigns. We believe that our lead system is most effective for agents who have some experience in the field, and we are looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also loyal, as our system thrives on low turnover rates. Agents will benefit from a competitive commission structure, with a 50/50 split for company leads and a more favorable 75% for agents' own leads during their first three years. After three years, agents can keep 100% of their earnings after reaching a $5,000 cap on their own leads. We do not impose any desk fees, monthly fees, or transaction fees, making this an attractive opportunity for agents looking to maximize their earnings while working in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads provided by the company.

Requirements

  • A valid Hawaii Real Estate License is strictly required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
