About the position
The Ready Mix Concrete Sales Representative is responsible for selling and promoting ready-mixed concrete products to various customers, including construction companies and contractors. This role serves as a crucial link between the concrete production company and its customers, ensuring smooth transactions and meeting customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote ready-mixed concrete products to potential customers.
- Generate new business by identifying potential customers in the construction and building industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including product pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate ready-mix concrete products.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding products, delivery schedules, and pricing.
- Resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, or service in a timely manner.
- Assist clients with technical details, such as mix designs and specifications for particular applications.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
- Experience in technical sales.
