About the position

The Treetop is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as In-Home Behavior Technicians, focusing on implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions for children with autism and special needs. This role involves working directly with clients in their homes, collecting and analyzing progress data, and collaborating with program staff to ensure effective therapy. The position offers flexible hours and a supportive environment for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA interventions for clients in their homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze client progress data for review by a BCBA.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness in therapy.
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians on client activities and progress.
• Customize and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to enhance therapy outcomes.
• Embrace learning and constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Follow instructions carefully and seek clarity when needed.
• Adapt to working both independently and as part of a team.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required, training will be provided.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8am and 8:00 pm.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
