About The Position

Integrated Health Centers of West Virginia (IHCWV) is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist ready to take the next step into healthcare leadership. We are seeking a Radiology & Laboratory Supervisor who will provide leadership for our diagnostic imaging services, laboratory operations, and organizational safety programs. As our Radiology & Laboratory Supervisor, you'll work alongside providers, nurses, laboratory personnel, and executive leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across our growing organization.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Active ARRT certification in Radiography
  • Current West Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience
  • At least one year of leadership, charge, lead, or supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Management, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field
  • Previous outpatient, clinic, urgent care, or FQHC experience
  • Experience performing venipuncture and laboratory specimen collection
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and emergency preparedness programs
  • ASCP or AMT certification

Responsibilities

  • Supervise radiology and laboratory staff
  • Coordinate schedules and daily operations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
  • Mentor employees and support professional growth
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
  • Lead organizational safety initiatives
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness activities
  • Chair or support safety committees
  • Promote employee engagement in workplace safety
  • Investigate incidents and oversee corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, CLIA, HRSA, radiation safety requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and readiness reviews
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures
  • Monitor quality assurance and quality control activities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures for patients of all ages
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and ALARA principles
  • Assist with laboratory specimen collection and phlebotomy as needed
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate vendor support
  • Support efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service
