This role assists Quality Engineers and Associate Quality Engineers in coordinating and implementing quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost. The position involves coordinating with test engineers, performing audits on fuel, coolant, and oil filtration systems, analyzing test data, processing test deviations, supporting military inspections, and assisting with tool and gauge calibration. It also includes auditing paint, tools, final, and preventative maintenance processes, investigating line calls to determine root causes, supporting OPTICS audits, and providing data to the quality department. The role also involves monitoring the calibration program, keeping quality informed of progress, implementing health and safety practices, developing and implementing quality audits, and promoting a compliance culture.
