Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of all finished product before releasing for shipment.
- Ensure the quality of intermediate raw materials before use in production.
- Conduct effective communications with the Production Supervisor, Production Operators and other management when it comes to quality issues on your shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate with other shift technicians with all quality issues on your shift for shift hand-off.
- Investigate and document out-of-control circumstances in SPC program as they occur.
- Use specialized testing equipment correctly and in a safe manner.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Understanding of applicable Quality Control processes and procedures.
- Understanding of applicable manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Basic Math and Computer Skills
