About the position

The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality engineers to establish and develop quality specifications and standards, manage compliance with third-party certificates, and oversee supplier performance. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of products and services, addressing customer issues, and coordinating corrective actions. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for developing internal auditing procedures and managing the quality team personnel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop quality specifications and standards, inspection and sampling techniques.
• Develop procedures for internal auditing and sampling techniques.
• Manage compliance with third-party certificates.
• Execute internal and external quality reporting requirements.
• Address customer issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure the management of the supplier base to meet current quality needs.
• Oversee supplier performance.
• Develop and manage quality team personnel.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Management, CAPA, ISO, and auditing.
• Root cause analysis.
• Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.
• Experience with rubber or sealing products preferred.
• Experience with supplier management and performance oversight.
• Experience with AS9100, AS9102, IATF standards, inspection, and process development.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of quality experience.
• Experience leading quality teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Aerospace or automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience with rubber or sealing products preferred.
