About The Position

This position supports the Quality Management System through the execution of internal audits, quality monitoring activities, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) support, and quality metric tracking and trending. The role is responsible for identifying nonconformances, supporting compliance with internal procedures and client requirements, assisting with external audit readiness activities, and helping drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. The position works cross-functionally with operational teams to monitor compliance, identify process gaps, and support implementation of corrective actions. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Communications or related field.
  • At least 1 year of internal auditing and regulatory compliance experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with an understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills.
  • Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting accreditation audits (URAC, ACHC, NABP, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and ad hoc audits.
  • Identify nonconformances and facilitate any corrective action required.
  • Review standards, policies, and obligations to clients.
  • Perform audits required by the Quality Management System.
  • Maintain audit reports and escalate issues to leadership accordingly.
  • Monitor escalation or mitigation steps post audit.
  • Support external audit activities and those participating in the audit.
  • Support CAPA initiation, tracking and reporting activities.
  • Track and trend internal quality metrics to identify risks and monitor performance.
  • Identify gaps in procedures.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
  • Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
