Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff in an area of specialization for the advancement of clinical practice and professional development.
• Conduct concurrent reviews and data abstraction to evaluate patient care quality.
• Prepare and review reports on the effectiveness of patient care through randomized chart reviews.
• Educate clinical staff based on review findings and site needs.
• Utilize innovative quality and education planning for service improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical administrative disciplines for new programs and service enhancements.
• Demonstrate leadership through role modeling and mentoring.
• Facilitate and promote evidence-based practice using research principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• 3 years of clinical or quality assurance experience.
• Basic knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
