About The Position

Nucor Warehouse Systems is seeking a Quality Coordinator to provide support for all NWS products from design through project completion. This role involves investigations, problem-solving, training, and claims management. The position is based in Monroe, GA, and will also service the Houston site. Safety is paramount, and candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding safety policies and standards.

Requirements

3 years’ experience in rack manufacturing environment or construction related equivalent
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Background in blueprint reading and interpretation.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) / computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft D365
Excellent organizational skills
American Welding Society CWI Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months

Nice To Haves

Participation in division safety teams / efforts
Familiarity & experience with resolving SMR’s
Good communication, ability to accurately track site issues & create reports
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and city and county license requirements documents
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

Receive calls from job sites and gather necessary information to validate claims.
Determine the cause and the most efficient/cost effective solutions for claims.
Review internal documents to investigate, record, and report all service and product performance issues.
Identify trending quality issues and recommend solutions.
Make occasional trips to jobsites for troubleshooting and extensive claim investigations.
Participate in and help lead department or division quality meetings.
