About the position

The Quality Control Inspector role at Adept HR, Inc. involves ensuring that products meet quality standards through rigorous inspection and documentation processes. The position requires a bilingual individual with at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on quality assurance and control. The inspector will work full-time, Monday to Friday, and will be responsible for monitoring production runs, conducting quality sampling, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document quality sampling, inspection, and analysis of raw materials, components, work in progress, and finished products according to SOPs.
• Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and record supplier performance.
• Communicate quality issues to Quality and Operations leadership and teams in a timely manner.
• Complete Quality documents accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation procedures during production.
• Monitor production runs to ensure finished goods adhere to specifications.
• Complete special projects such as data analysis and data entry accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laboratory, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate product change notifications as needed.
• Assemble new product initial samples and confirm build assembly for final products.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in English and another language.
• Strong analysis skills related to quality assurance and control.
