About The Position

The Quality Control Administrator supports Lead Quality Control Engineer and the Inspectors of Records to ensure projects meet company standards and industry safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • High Diploma or GED.
  • Construction administrative experience with strong communication skills.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Computer software skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Critical thinker with ability to multitask.
  • Ability to read and understand third party inspector reports.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

  • Create third party inspector checklists.
  • Assist the QA team in taking project progress photographs, then manage, label, and load them into tracking software.
  • Track third party inspector reports.
  • Distribute third party inspector reports to team members to ensure they are aware of every issue.
  • Enter inspection requests and supporting documentation into tracking software and file third party inspector reports for both Lead Quality Control Engineer and Inspectors of Record.
  • Schedule and manage QC meetings to ensure project compliance. Create and distribute the agenda and take meeting minutes.
  • Assist the QA team with various tasks, as needed.
