We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our food manufacturing team—someone with at least one year of lab experience who’s ready to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician who’s ready to play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality pasta products from production line to dinner table.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of lab or quality experience (food manufacturing a plus, not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on mindset
  • Basic math skills and comfort working with data
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently
  • Solid computer skills (Word & Excel)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, audits, and in-process checks to ensure food safety and compliance
  • Collect samples and run lab tests (cook quality, dimensions, coding, and more)
  • Monitor sanitation, GMPs, and foreign material controls
  • Review records and release (or hold) product based on results
  • Investigate issues, support corrective actions, and help prevent defects
  • Collaborate across teams to keep quality top of mind at every step
