About the position

The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist at Brink Constructors, Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring that electrical installations meet safety standards and contribute to the successful completion of energy projects. This field-based position requires 100% travel throughout Wyoming and involves collaboration with project teams, engineers, contractors, and procurement personnel to address quality concerns and maintain consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing quality control processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns
• Reviewing and updating quality documentation and procedures
• Serving as the main contact point for all field and subcontractors
• Reporting all QA/QC updates to leadership, customers, and additional teams as needed
• Monitoring contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metrics
• Maintaining accurate records of quality-related information and updating documentation

Requirements

• Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols
• Familiarity with quality control methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards
• Effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
• Collaboration skills
• Valid, Active Driver's License
• Valid, Active DOT Medical Examiner's Certification

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in the electrical utilities industry; power distribution, renewable energy, or electrical construction
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field
