About the position

As a Quality Assurance Manager at Innova Solutions, you will be responsible for the managerial direction and overall leadership of the Quality department. This role involves supporting and executing business strategy, delivering winning solutions, developing high-performance teams, and promoting the company culture, values, and mission. You will work closely with project teams and procurement professionals to develop and implement planned and systematic activities to ensure that the quality requirements for a product or service are fulfilled. The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the department in a dynamic and profitable manner based on the company's core values of client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, safety, and overall outstanding service. In this position, you will manage the company's Corporate Quality Program, which includes policies, standards, standard operating procedures, and best practices. You will also oversee the Company Quality Audit program and be responsible for the Corporate Project Execution Program. Your responsibilities will extend to Project Document Management processes and procedures, including the procedure for documents issued for construction, and communicating and issuing Company Design Standards. You will direct and maintain the company's Q review process, issue and maintain guide specifications, and maintain Supplier Surveillance and Construction Quality Verification records. Additionally, you will be responsible for Nonconformance tracking and recordkeeping, achieving stated targets and standards for financial performance, and managing the operational budget. As a leader, you will provide technical and industry expertise regarding Quality Assurance programs, develop business plans to secure internal and external financing within established risk financial parameters, and present monthly financial information to leadership, including expense forecasts. You will conduct performance evaluations for selected department/direct reports and provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to the department while supporting diversity initiatives and complying with all policies and standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, business, construction, procurement, or related degree from an accredited program.
  • 7 years of relevant consulting experience required.
  • Master's Degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Expert experience in investigating, evaluating, selecting, and driving the development of products for an organization.
  • Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience leading and completing projects from business proposal through post-production support preferred.
  • Manufacturing construction experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in budget management, savings, and/or profit margins in completed projects.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project or equivalent.
