About the position
WACKER North America is looking for a highly motivated college student for our 12-week summer internship program at our Allentown, PA facility. This will be a hands-on internship that will support and collaborate with QA, QC, QM on quality-related functions. Special project on QMS improvements and procedures for improved efficiency in quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with QA, QC, QM on quality-related functions
- Work on special projects related to QMS improvements
- Develop procedures for improved efficiency in quality processes
Requirements
- Currently a rising sophomore or higher and attending school to obtain a college degree
- Available full-time in-person commitment (Monday through Friday) from May 19th through August 8th
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Effective time-management abilities
- Ability to positively present our company
