Requirements
- BS degree with experience and/or general knowledge of a laboratory environment.
- Technical written/oral communication skills are highly favored.
- Ability to author Quality System documentation, reports including review of data and data analysis.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities with the capacity to effectively communicate across the organization.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with combination products desired
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely review of project documentation including but not limited to protocol, laboratory data, and reports prior to release to the client.
- Execution of site Quality System elements and processes (e.g. CAPA, Deviations, audits, training, calibration, document control, records management) under the guidance and direction of the Quality Manager.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to further develop QMS; coordinate and implement enhancements, including procedural updates, release and implementation.
- Work within established SOPs to maintain cGMP compliance
- Work and communicate openly and collaboratively with colleagues and staff
- Participate in investigations and identified corrective or preventive actions.
- Assist in Data Integrity initiatives under site and QAM direction.
