Quality Assurance Analyst - Poland

As a QA Analyst I at Housecall Pro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing manual test suites, reviewing technical designs, and collaborating with the Product team and Engineers to maintain the highest standards of product quality. Your attention to detail and process-driven approach will be essential in identifying and addressing any issues or bugs. • Design and enhance robust manual test scripts for web and mobile applications
• Conduct review of requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases on different test levels
• Ensure the highest standards of performance and quality for web and mobile products
• Ensure application runs smoothly and meets the needs of service professionals
• Work with Product team members and Engineers to design and execute manual test suites
• Focus on improving the lives of service professionals
• Be detail-oriented and process-driven
• Collaborate with a mature, interdisciplinary dev team
• Be in direct contact with the community of users and gather feedback
