About The Position

The Quality Assurance Advisor(s) are responsible for setting up and maintaining CF quality assurance systems, monitoring these systems and ensuring corrective actions are completed. They will create and update processes to support standards, report status of systems to management and training to ensure the quality assurance team and Community Futures staff are conducting services within the standards. The Quality Assurance Advisor(s) are also responsible for supporting by completing data entry, client financial support forms, and backing up time-sensitive client-related matters. While the Quality Assurance Advisor(s) are responsible for the day-to-day support of WorkBC program staff, they will work at the organizational level to support policies and procedures that pertain to all programs and staff within the organization. The Quality Assurance Advisor(s) support the organization's efforts to ensure International Organization for Standardization (ISO) compliance including supporting all staff in meeting funding contract(s) requirements. The Quality Assurance Advisor(s) work as a team and assume specific duties as assigned by their respective managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related social science field and/or training or certification in employment or career counselling and/or equivalent years’ experience
  • Quality Assurance and Auditor training

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and maintaining CF quality assurance systems
  • Monitoring quality assurance systems and ensuring corrective actions are completed
  • Creating and updating processes to support standards
  • Reporting status of systems to management
  • Providing training to ensure the quality assurance team and Community Futures staff are conducting services within the standards
  • Completing data entry
  • Completing client financial support forms
  • Backing up time-sensitive client-related matters
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of WorkBC program staff
  • Supporting policies and procedures that pertain to all programs and staff within the organization
  • Supporting the organization's efforts to ensure International Organization for Standardization (ISO) compliance
  • Supporting all staff in meeting funding contract(s) requirements
  • Working as a team and assuming specific duties as assigned by their respective managers
