About the position
The QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) position at Clinton Gardens involves providing compassionate care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being through timely medication administration, and supporting fellow team members. Responsibilities
- Provide care and compassion to residents, making a difference in their lives.
- Assist in onboarding new teammates and act as a positive team member.
- Prepare and administer medication in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to call lights, bed/chair sensors, pull-pin alarms, and security care bracelet alarms.
Requirements
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
- Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
- Must complete annual medication evaluation with Registered Pharmacy Consultant or designee.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current active QMA Certification.
