Moss’ PWA Compliance Liaison supports the execution of Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) compliance at the project/site level. Working in close partnership with the IRA-PWA compliance team and project leadership, this role helps ensure site teams and trade partners understand and follow applicable federal labor compliance requirements that impact incentive eligibility. This position serves as a primary field-facing point of contact for day-to-day compliance coordination—helping implement standard processes, reinforce job classification mapping expectations, support documentation readiness, and identify and escalate risks. The Liaison regularly engages with project management, field leadership, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain visibility into compliance status, resolve discrepancies, and support audits and reporting needs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can operate in a fast-paced, high-travel environment while building trusted relationships with field teams.
