About the position
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing part numbers, purchase order numbers, quantities, delivery dates, and other relevant data within SAP. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Excel to ensure accurate and timely information processing, contributing to the efficiency of the purchasing department.
Responsibilities
- Enter part numbers, purchase order numbers, quantities, and delivery dates within SAP.
- Utilize pivot tables and vlookups in Excel for data management.
- Expedite orders and track invoices to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
- At least 2 years of experience with expediting and invoice tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP for data entry and management.
